1. Returns

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Because our products are designed for outdoor use, items that show signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage from improper setup cannot be accepted for a return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number).

2. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: Since camping tables and chairs can be heavy/bulky, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
