1. Free Shipping On All Orders

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States. No minimum purchase or coupon code is required.

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or severe weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 5–10 business days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or unpredictable weather.

4. Shipment Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Because camping tables and chairs are bulky and heavy items, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package's journey directly via the link provided in the email.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tent & Chair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable based on local state tax regulations at checkout). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If you receive your order and the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it.

  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at icelookundefined651@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement for you.
